I use a Canon 5D Mark II and absolutely love Canon. I saved and saved for forever to buy it, and I ADORE it and maybe if you’re good I might let you touch it (but probably not). 
I usually shoot with a 50mm 1.4, but also have the kit 28-55mm, and a 75-300mm.
I edit my photos in Photoshop on my MacBookPro named (oddly enough) Mak the Mac. He’s a work horse, and I love him. He was a joint graduation present from myself and my mother.
